Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista and Dessert specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment And to present desserts, This role offers an opportunity to develop skills while working in a vibrant, welcoming setting. The position involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, dessert art , maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, in accordance with company standards. To prepare variety of desserts.
  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer seating areas to meet food safety standards.
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently during food preparation and service.
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers courteously and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers swiftly without compromising quality.

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
  • Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
  • Basic food preparation skills are necessary for making beverages and snacks.
  • Good basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.12-£14.00 per hour
