About Us

At The Bridge Arms, we are passionate about producing high-quality food using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Our kitchen focuses on creativity, precision, and maintaining exceptional standards. We are currently looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our professional and motivated kitchen team.

The Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for managing your section during service while supporting the senior kitchen team to ensure dishes are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage your section during busy services
  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations
  • Help train and support junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Ensure smooth service and good communication within the kitchen team
