Company Overview

Littleover Building Services Limited are a reputable construction company currently in their 40th year of trading having been established in 1985. We work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects across Derbyshire and the wider Midlands area. Due to continual expansion and workload, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out high quality brickwork across our various projects
  • Set out buildings accurately without assistance
  • Ensure all works maintain health and safety standards
  • Maintain a professional approach with clients at all times
  • Oversee projects and liaise with the Contracts Manager on all issues
  • Forecast material requirements in advance and inform Contracts Manager
  • Work as part of a team as well as individually

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience from date of qualification
  • NVQ2 as a minimum
  • CSCS card preferred but not essential
  • Be able to work 7.30am - 4.15pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Set out projects confidently and accurately
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
  • Be reliable and punctual and able to work across the Midlands
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
