Project: Office-to-hotel conversion
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term / project duration
Hours: 7:30am–5:00pm (overtime/weekends may be available)
Rate: Competitive (CIS / PAYE)

The Role

We’re recruiting experienced AC Installers / Air Conditioning Engineers to join the M&E team on a high-profile office-to-hotel conversion project in Central London. You’ll be involved in AC installation works across guest rooms, corridors, plant areas, and back-of-house.

Duties

  • Installation of VRF/VRV systems, ducted fan coils, and split units
  • Pipework installation (refrigerant pipework, insulation, brackets)
  • Installing and supporting ductwork where required
  • Assisting with commissioning and system checks
  • Reading drawings and coordinating with electrical/plumbing teams
  • Maintaining high H&S and site standards

Requirements

  • CSCS Card (HVAC/Mechanical)
  • Proven experience installing AC/VRF/VRV systems
  • Ability to read drawings and work independently
  • Knowledge of commercial installation environments
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable Certifications: F-Gas, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness
