About the role

Do you want to shape the future of the Isle of Man’s landscapes and community spaces? Step into the role of Assistant Property Officer and lead the planning, coordination and supervision of contractors across diverse projects - from glens and plantations to car parks, playgrounds and reservoirs. You’ll solve technical challenges, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure every project meets industry standards, health and safety legislation, and government financial regulations.

Join the Forestry, Amenity & Lands Directorate and work with a team that values collaboration, problemsolving and resilience.
