Experienced Gardener Required – Weekly Work

One day Per Week on a regular basis, more opportunities for the right person.

I run a high-standard garden maintenance business and am looking for a reliable, experienced gardener to join our team working in private gardens.

This is a regular weekly commitment, not ad-hoc work. For the right person who demonstrates reliability and strong horticultural skills, there will also be opportunities to take on additional days as the business continues to grow.

This role requires someone who is already competent in practical garden maintenance and comfortable working to a high standard within established gardens. It is not a trainee position, so applicants should already have solid hands-on horticultural experience.

You must be:

  • Punctual and dependable
  • Competent in garden maintenance (not learning on the job)
  • Confident carrying out routine garden care to a high standard
  • Experienced in plant identification, border maintenance and pruning
  • Physically capable of a full working day (8 hours on site)
  • Comfortable working as part of a professional horticultural team
  • Presentable, polite and professional when working around clients
  • Have your own transport to and from site
