Full job description

A well-regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (4 PQE+) to join its established conveyancing team in London. This role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing a full residential caseload with minimal supervision and who enjoys building long-term client and referrer relationships.

The role will involve handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • New-build transactions
  • Lease extensions and associated landlord & tenant work

You will be trusted to run files end-to-end, with appropriate administrative support in place, allowing you to focus on delivery and client care rather than volume alone. The firm has a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality instructions from repeat clients and introducers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4 PQE+ in Residential Property
  • Experience managing matters autonomously
  • Strong client-facing and organisational skills
  • A pragmatic and commercial approach

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary in line with London market rates
  • Sensible caseloads and support staff
  • A friendly, professional culture with low turnover
  • Long-term progression for the right individual

This is a solid opportunity for a residential property solicitor seeking stability, autonomy, and a firm that values experienced practitioners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £60,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
