-
Engage stakeholders to assess guardrails and help create data contracts.
-
Work with data stewards and architects to boost data literacy and ensure governance.
-
Maintain solution design documentation.
-
Present designs for design authority & governance approval.
-
Guide delivery teams to maintain solution quality.
-
Manage requirements and drive results using collaborative and best-in-class data solutions.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

-
Experience in Data Engineering Design (ETL, ELT), and modelling approaches such as Data Vault, Inmon, and Kimball.
-
Extensive experience in common conceptual data models and logical data modelling across enterprise domains, including presenting, reviewing and approvals.
-
Technical exposure to MS Azure Data Stack - Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Azure ML, Power BI.
-
Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, including DevOps integration and CI/CD practices.
-
Foundational knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure.
-
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops and translating business context into data models.
-
Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical developers and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly desirable:
-
Ability to align data solutions with organisational data strategy and governance frameworks. Proficiency in collaborative modelling tools such as Ellie.ai and FigJam for workshop facilitation.
-
Knowledge of data governance principles including data stewardship, data quality, and compliance guardrails.
-
Exposure to emerging data technologies and trends, with a passion for continuous learning.
-
Self-driven and motivated individual with a proactive approach to solution design and delivery.
