Full job description

Are you passionate about helping young people transition into employment or apprenticeships? Join us as a Job Coach in Norwich and deliver Supported Internship programmes that empower learners to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their career goals.

What you’ll do:
Plan and deliver tailored programmes to support young people into successful destinations

Provide employability training, life skills development, and pastoral care

Mentor and coach individuals, promoting social inclusion and positive behaviour

Work closely with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners to build strong support networks

Set progression targets, monitor delivery quality, and meet KPIs

Deliver advice and guidance to help learners make informed career choices

Identify progression opportunities in partnership with Job Coaches and Engagement teams

Maintain accurate records, comply with safeguarding and data protection standards

About you:
Experience working with young people in education, training, or employability settings

Strong communication and mentoring skills

Knowledge of safeguarding, local labour markets, and youth provision

Organised, proactive, and committed to helping young people succeed
