We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care with a specialism in Health Care to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing curriculum area and make a real difference in learners’ lives.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

Excellent subject knowledge in health and social care.

Qualifications:

A relevant qualification at Level 4 or above.

A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.

Assessor/Verifier awards (or willingness to work towards).
Experience:
-
Relevant vocational/industrial experience in healthcare.

Experience in a healthcare or clinical role.

Strong industry networks and professional integrity.

Recent teaching experience in further education or a professional setting.
Desirable:
-
Degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
-
Experience with higher education teaching, T-Level delivery, and curriculum planning.

Knowledge of embedding English and Maths into curriculum delivery.
