Job Overview .

We’re excited to announce the opening of a new Pilates studio in Luton, launching in February 2026! We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Pilates Studio instructors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing wellness brand, lead inspiring classes, and help shape the culture and success of a brand-new studio.

The job role will involve delivering engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to a diverse range of clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to share expertise in sports coaching and anatomy, helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a supportive environment

Duties

  • Lead group and one-on-one Pilates sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times
  • Develop customised programmes to meet individual client needs and goals
  • Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications for different ability levels
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programmes accordingly
  • Maintain a clean and organised studio environment
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages motivation and confidence among clients
  • Keep accurate records of sessions and client progress

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with specific expertise in Pilates
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients of all levels
  • Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention
  • Certification in level 3 or equivalent Pilates instructor
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanour
  • Ability to adapt exercises for various ability levels and special requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals

We are specifically looking for instructors for the evening sessions which will be from 17:30 - 20:30 on weekdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
