The Role
As a key member of the conveyancing team, you’ll take ownership of a well-managed caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll be backed by smart digital tools, a dedicated legal ops team, and strong paralegal/administrative support — meaning fewer distractions, minimal admin, and more time to focus on what you do best: delivering first-class client service and achieving smooth, high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience running your own residential conveyancing files
- Confidence handling transactions independently from start to post-completion
- Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
- Comfort working with modern digital case management systems
- Open to all backgrounds — Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or highly experienced Fee Earner
