Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lettings Manager to lead our rental property division with enthusiasm and expertise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the entire lettings process, from tenant acquisition to property management, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and tenants alike. Duties

  • Lead and manage the lettings team to achieve rental targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee the end-to-end rental process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease agreements
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants across multiple channels
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies, including tenancy agreements and referencing checks
  • Organize property inspections, maintenance coordination, and renewal processes to uphold property standards
  • Provide clear communication and support to tenants throughout their tenancy lifecycle, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property lettings or real estate management with a track record of success
  • Strong administrative skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and compliance tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients and tenants
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team with energetic leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and best practices in property management
