The role

The Governors of St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed professional to help further develop our provision and support learning in our Early Years Foundation Stage particularly our nursery class.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong knowledge of the Early Years Statutory framework.
  • Is committed to raising standards for all children.
  • Has a passionate commitment to children's learning.
  • Will work in supporting the Class Teacher and other Teaching Assistants with high expectations of learning, behaviour and care for all children.
  • Is able to challenge, inspire and motivate children appropriately.
  • Can support the foundational knowledge and skills of the children and delivering intervention.
