About your role:
As the Assistant Estates Manager at City of Bristol College, you would be a dynamic and experienced professional responsible for the day-to-day management of the College’s diverse estate, to ensure its optimal condition for our students, staff, and visitors.
You would be a key player in our journey as a department from paper-based records to a digital first approach with excellent IT skills
Focusing on maintenance, compliance, stakeholder liaison, and maximizing asset value while ensuring safety and quality of service. You would be working with the Estates team as well as contractors to ensure the College's estates systems such as the electrical, heating and ventilation operate effectivity and efficiently, while leading on the pre-planned maintenance of key systems to ensure compliance.
