Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Do you have the skills and motivation to make a real difference in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic and nurturing team.

About the Role

• As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide high-quality support to pupils across a range of abilities.
• Assist the class teacher with planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
• Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils where needed.
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Build caring, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Have a good understanding of language development
• Have experience of supporting children with SEND
• Have experience of managing childrens behaviour within an agreed system

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Has experience supporting children within a school setting.
• Is patient, proactive, and passionate about education.
• Can communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Is committed to helping every child reach their potential.
• Is eager to expand their knowledge, skills and understanding of teaching practices
