Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of cutting and colouring. Other areas, such as extensions and perming, would be a bonus but a desire to learn new skills and add to your service menu is highly encouraged!

The Candidate

The ideal Hair Stylist will have a minimum of 5 years relevant practical hair experience, with a background in managing and developing their own client base and workload.

· A passion for hair, and a love of working with people is essential for this opportunity

· Experience in working in an AVEDA salon would be an advantage but not vital

· Be able to use initiative and thrive working under pressure

· Confident managing a team and clientele

Main Objectives:

· Ensuring outstanding customer service is provided by all

· Overseeing individual's and salon's targets and objectives are reached

· Leading an effective team; encouraging growth and progression
