Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Duties: - Clean and maintain the common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms - Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Restock supplies in restrooms and public areas - Assist with moving furniture or equipment as needed - Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Skills: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required Join our team as a Porter and contribute to providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
