Company Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfasts that give our guests a satisfying and enjoyable start to their day. Your attention to detail and dedication to great food will be essential in creating a memorable morning experience.

Please note that live-in accommodations are not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including traditional and contemporary options.
  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

  • Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
