Full job description

We are looking for a Reception Manager/guest services manager to join our friendly team.

Working 5 over 7 days, full time, early, middle or late shifts. Salary is dependent on experience.

You will have a strong work history and be able to show confidence and the ability to manage a small team of receptionists.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Day to day running of the reception department

Ensuring there is clear communication from the reception department to the other departments in the hotel.

House account management.

Banking.

Budgeting and sales targets.

Guest recognition.

Group and Tour liaison and management.

Duty management shifts.

PMS management.

Rate plans and rate management.

You will ideally have experience with Guestline, training can be given however.

You will have a strong background, have experience in hotels and be dependable and hardworking.
