Full job description

Main Purpose

To provide effective support to Pure Cold Solutions service and maintenance operation. To continually strive to improve service excellence by pro-actively developing relationships and delivering a professional service.

Main Responsibilities

1) Reporting directly to the Head of Projects and ensuring that targets are consistently achieved

2) Do all quotations for works following reactive and maintenance calls, following guidelines provided

3) Order all parts for reactive and maintenance works

4) Ensure incorrect, unwanted and warranty parts are returned to the supplier within 24 hours

5) Obtain best prices for parts required for all works and quotations

6) Ensure parts pricing is correct on Epix (Software system)

7) Order all van stock for engineers

8) Chase all outstanding quotations for reactive and maintenance works

9) Ensure warehouse is always fully manned

10) Ensure the stock in the warehouse, is fully logged and all regularly checked and all correct levels.

11) Ensure parts are dispatched from the warehouse to customer sites and engineers

12) Receive and book in parts into the warehouse
