As an Export Compliance Co-ordinator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

Our operation in Chineham are looking for candidates who can commit to a Monday to Friday shift pattern, with occasional weekend cover when required, working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 5am-1.30pm two days a week and 8am-4.30pm three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week. This position is on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What will you do & what will you need


In this role, you’ll ensure export processes run smoothly and accurately, managing documentation, monitoring daily trackers, and resolving issues to keep shipments to EU and Irish markets on schedule. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies, acting as a key point of contact for compliance queries, certification processes, and quarantined stock controls.


Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel ability, and a highly organised, detail-focused approach. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and confident in interpreting data, troubleshooting problems, and building effective working relationships. Excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
