Job Title: Warehouse Operative & Administrator
Job Type: Part-time, 5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Location: St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 2DD
Remuneration: £12.5 – 13.5 per hour (dependent on experience and performance)

Summary

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative & Administrator to join our Back-Office team. This role involves manual handling of FSP, operating forklift and warehouse operation. Also supports the smooth operation of logistics, warehousing, order processing, and office administration.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent time-management skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and also collaborate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate logistics and manage shipping processes

· Handle inventory and all aspects of warehouse operations

· Conduct stock-taking and ensure accurate inventory records

· Process sales orders, purchase orders and invoices

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse

· Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) cases

· Work closely with team members to support smooth daily operations

Skills & Experience Required

· Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Forklift driving experience is preferred

· Good communication skills and team collaboration

· Mandarin Chinese speaker
