Reverse Logistics Coordinator UK

Leeds / hybrid - 3 days per week in the office


About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reverse Logistics Coordinator that oversees and manages reverse logistics operations across the UK. Responsible for ensuring efficient handling of product returns, repairs, recycling, and warranty processes while minimizing costs and improving customer satisfaction. This will include running reports using Power BI to support the wider operations department.


  • Coordination of returns across the UK region, ensuring timely processing and optimal flow of returned products whether they are B2B and D2C returns.
  • Monitor return flows and ensure timely processing through 3PL providers or internal logistics teams.
  • Partner with customer service, repair centers, supply chain, and inventory teams to streamline return processes and ensure visibility of returned goods.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, implement, and improve return policies and procedures tailored to the regional market.
  • Manage data entry, system tracking, and documentation for all return transactions in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
  • Optimize reverse logistics processes to reduce lead times and transportation costs.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and legal standards related to electronic waste and returned goods.
  • Support with process improvement opportunities using analytics and KPIs such as return rate, turnaround time, and cost per return.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors to resolve operational issues.
  • Provide regular reporting with Power BI on reverse logistics performance.
