  • Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
  • Location: Rotherham, S60 1LH
  • Salary: £26,910.00 per annum
  • Hours: 40 hour working week, permanent position

About the Role:

You will work as part of the Scheduling Team, planning and coordinating operational tasks related to ATM Installations, Moves, and Changes. You will be responsible for liaising with internal departments at the Rotherham Depot, site contacts, and third-party contractors. Your key duties will include scheduling labour resources and ensuring material availability to support ATM projects in alignment with forecast targets and agreed SLA timescales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Import sites into the company database, ensuring all site information is accurately organised and kept up to date.
  • Create sales and work orders in Oracle and raise purchase requisitions for site-related orders. Once fulfilled, ensure timely receipting of the orders.
  • Efficiently schedule and allocate site works to ATM Installation, Building, and Electrical teams.
  • Manage asbestos contractors, review returned reports, log findings, and share relevant information with the Building Team.
  • Instruct the ATM Processing Team to commission and/or upgrade ATMs in preparation for site deployment.
  • Collate order schedules for materials and accessories, including signage, ATM housings, and related items.
  • Prepare collection and delivery transport manifests for third-party transport contractors.
  • Provide support and resolve issues encountered by ATM installation teams in the field.
  • Sign off site works and complete work cost lines, investigating any costing queries as needed.
  • Provide cover for additional tasks during team absences due to sickness or annual leave.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet workload demands or project targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a scheduling role is desirable.
  • Experience and/or understanding of ATM installation processes, including associated building and electrical works.
  • Strong IT competency is essential - proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), databases, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
