What you’ll be doing

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Operational Alignment: Work closely with fleet and depot teams to ensure service excellence and responsiveness.
  • Commercial Insight: Collaborate with estimating and finance teams to shape proposals, pricing models, and contract terms.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Hargreaves Logistics at industry events, client meetings, and leadership forums.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or client partnership roles within logistics, infrastructure, or industrial services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a track record of delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
