Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, along with exceptional leadership skills. This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment, including machinery and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, identifying any issues that require immediate attention.
  • Utilise electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs as necessary.
  • Oversee the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated systems, ensuring they function correctly.
  • Manage projects related to maintenance improvements, including upgrades and installations.
