Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our technical teams and clients, ensuring that product offerings meet customer needs while fostering long-term relationships. Duties

  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits effectively.
  • Understand client requirements through detailed consultations and provide customised technical solutions.
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Assist clients in understanding the technical aspects of products related to AWS, Azure, and other cloud services.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently through effective time management and organisational skills.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is highly desirable.
