We are a high-end beauty studio based in Fitzrovia, specialising in advanced Permanent Makeup treatments including brows, lip blush, and natural enhancement procedures.

Our studio operates to exceptionally high aesthetic and technical standards and serves a sophisticated London clientele. We focus on refined, natural results delivered with precision and consistency.

We are now offering a rare opportunity to join as a Trainee PMU Artist, with structured training delivered by some of the world’s leading artists in the field.

The Opportunity

This is a long-term career pathway for someone serious about mastering Permanent Makeup at the highest level.

You will undergo intensive in-house training covering technical execution, aesthetic judgment, hygiene protocols, consultation skills, and client management. You will work closely with senior practitioners and progressively transition into treating clients independently as you qualify.

This is not a casual beauty role. It is a disciplined, skill-based profession requiring focus, consistency, and long-term commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake structured PMU training programme
• Assist senior practitioners during treatments
• Practise on supervised models
• Maintain strict hygiene and clinical standards
• Support consultations and aftercare processes

• Continuously refine technical and aesthetic skills

Previous beauty experience is advantageous but not essential. Discipline, work ethic, and consistency are critical.

Compensation & Progression

• Base salary at National Minimum Wage
• Commission on treatments once qualified
• Commission percentage increases with tenure and performance
• Treatment pricing increases as your skill level and demand grow

This is not a standard beauty position.

For disciplined and high-performing individuals, the earning trajectory in this role can progress far beyond what is typically achievable in conventional beauty or service employment.

Compensation scales directly with skill level, client demand, and tenure — rewarding those who consistently operate at a high standard.
