Full job description

We are a UK-based, family-run property investment and management business managing residential portfolios across the East Midlands, South Yorkshire, the North West, and beyond.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support both property management operations and business growth as a long-term team member.

The Role

You will work closely with the directors, supporting daily operations and growth-focused activities, following clear systems and processes.

You will be trained to use:

  • Street – property and portfolio management
  • Go HighLevel – CRM, workflows, and training
  • Google Workspace – documents, reporting, and collaboration
  • Live video access during working hours to allow real-time communication when required

Working Hours

  • Starting hours: 3 hours per day
  • Progression: Hours will gradually increase to full-time (up to 40 hours per week) based on performance and business needs
  • Reporting:
  • Login and logoff time tracking system
  • Daily task updates via Google Workspace

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management of a growing UK property portfolio
  • Property listings and marketing support
  • Tenant and landlord communication and coordination
  • Property research and data collection
  • Cold calling landlords to introduce property management services
  • Follow-up campaigns and lead nurturing
  • CRM clean-up and pipeline management
  • Email campaigns (newsletters and drip sequences)
  • Client onboarding and intake forms
  • Data entry and digital file organisation
  • Contract and document support
  • Calendar and inbox management

About You

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Confident speaking with landlords on the phone
  • Experience in property, real estate, or sales support (essential)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new tools
  • Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
  • Able to work independently with clear communication
  • Growth-minded and open to training and feedback

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rate: £16.00 per hour (annual reviews and increases based on performance)
  • Paid holidays:
  • 28 paid days per year as occurred
  • Performance bonus:
  • £10 Bonus for every successful landlord onboarded through cold calling

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
