Full job description

We are looking for experienced care workers to work at Bradeney House care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks that help us provide the quality care our residents deserve. No two days will be the same, you’ll get plenty of variety and will be able to develop a broad range of skills along the way.

As a Care Home Assistant you'll be a big presence in our home, so it's important that you have excellent communication and team working skills and a positive, can-do approach. You should be practical and willing to turn your hand to different tasks, ready to adapt to all sorts of different situations.

  • Shifts are worked on a rota basis to cover weekends, bank holidays and staff holidays
  • 12 hour shifts from 7.00 am - 7.00 pm
  • 24, 36 hours per week to include every other weekend 4 permanent and 1 to cover maternity leave
  • Salary is £12.06 an hour for under 21's, £12.47 for those over 21
  • No sponsorship available
