担当テリトリーの中で、医師と患者をつなげて最適なアクセスを確立する

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
顧客エンゲージメント戦略策定
② 営業部の戦略・プランに基づいて、担当エリアの中長期及び短期の顧客エンゲージメント戦略を立案する。
②担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略策定のために、テリトリーを跨ぐDr. や患者・競合の情報を収集・整理し、インサイトを導出する。
顧客エンゲージメント向上活動
①担当エリアのDr.・HCP・ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を強固にすべく、チームとしての組織的な顧客エンゲージメント活動をリードし、確実に遂行する。
②担当エリアのMR一人ひとりが顧客エンゲージメント活動を効果的に推進できるよう、必要な関係者との連携を含め、支援体制や活動環境を整備する。
戦略・活動の課題分析と改善
①担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略の進捗をモニタリングするために最適なKPIを、営業部の戦略・プランと整合するよう設定する。
②担当エリアKPIをタイムリーに確認・分析し、R-ESLや必要な関係者と連携の上で迅速・柔軟に改善策を策定し組織的に実行する。
コンプライアンス遵守
①チームとして、関連法規・ガイドライン等に対するコンプライアンス遵守を徹底する。
人的リソースプラン策定
①担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略の遂行に必要な関係部署のマネジャーと組織対組織でゴール・方針を共有し連携する。
②必要な関係者と中長期及び短期の戦略遂行・活動を見据えた組織対組織の信頼関係を構築する。
能力開発(OJT含む)
①中長期及び短期的な担当エリアの顧客エンゲージメント戦略遂行のためにチーム全体で強化すべきスキルを特定し、その強化にチームとして取り組む。
②部下の育成(コーチング/メンタリング/フィードバック等)を行うと共に、将来のESL候補とその将来のキャリアを見極め、育成する。
パフォーマンスマネジメント
①部下(MR)に期待役割を伝え、部下自身による適切なパフォーマンス目標設定を支援し評価を行う。
②部下(MR)に対するパフォーマンス評価に関するフィードバックを行い、部下自身によるさらなる挑戦やパフォーマンス改善を支援する。
組織カルチャー醸成
①高い倫理観を持ち、活力が高く働きがいのある社員エンゲージメントの高いチームを創り、一人ひとりが望ましい行動を自律的に取るカルチャーを醸成する。
