Dreamscheme is hiring a Hub Youth Worker to join our growing team

We’re here to provide practical support to disadvantaged or disengaged young people, with the aim that they thrive as young men and women.

We believe in the God-given value and worth of every individual and are convinced that a great deal of good can be done when we simply show up in young people’s lives and encourage them week after week, as they grow.

As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our Dreamscheme programme aimed at young people aged between 11 and 18.

If appointed, you will help young people stay safe and out of trouble while providing positive youth development opportunities for them to:

LEARN WITH FRIENDS: Our Connect Nights are a fun, informal space where young people can chill, talk and explore the big issues of life.

DO WORK PROJECTS: We believe that young people learn best by doing. We facilitate productive activities that motivate young people, build their skills, and enable them to serve their community.

GET RICH EXPERIENCES: Every journey has defining moments. At Dreamscheme, young people get access to rich and transformational experiences, including overseas trips, challenges and retreats.

The Youth Worker will build relationships with staff, volunteers, parents, community members, local church workers, statutory representatives, and partners in the youth work or education sectors.
