Are you passionate about helping people grow and thrive? We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team and play a key role in building capability across the Council during an exciting period of transformation.
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver innovative learning solutions, from face-to-face workshops to engaging digital content.
- Use data and insight to identify skills gaps and measure impact.
- Coach managers and support cultural change to create a positive, high-performing workplace.

Please note: This role is primarily based at our Worksop offices, and we anticipate you will be onsite around 4 days per week to collaborate closely with managers and teams.
