Head Pastry Chef - Full Time
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £72,000 – £80,000/year
Venue: 3* Michelin Star Restaurant (French Fine Dining)

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in a 1, 2, or 3 Michelin-starred fine dining environment.
  • Expertise: Classical French pastry training or experience, with flawless technical ability across plated desserts, petits fours, bread, chocolate, and sugar work.
  • Leadership: Calm, highly organized, and capable of training and mentoring a team under pressure.
  • Palate: Exceptional understanding of flavor balance, texture, seasonality, and visual restraint.

The Role

  • Menu Development: Create seasonal pastry menus that seamlessly blend classical French techniques with modern refinement.
  • Execution: Guarantee faultless consistency, presentation, and taste for every item leaving the kitchen, including bespoke dietary requests.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and inspire the pastry section, fostering a professional kitchen culture built on discipline, respect, and precision.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the wider culinary group on tastings, creative direction, and menu evolution.

Pay: £72,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
