Salary: up to £35,000+ depending on your experience to date/skillset, OTE – £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum +

Key Requirements

  • A Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) We will also consider level 2
  • Main dealer or manufacturer-approved workshop experience (preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent customer service skills and a team-first attitude
  • Experience mentoring apprentices (desirable)
  • MOT Tester qualification

About the Role

As a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will take on servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards. You'll also support and guide colleagues, especially apprentices, helping to build a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing and carry out high-quality repairs on light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
  • Support the workshop team with technical advice and coaching
  • Complete all documentation in line with company and compliance requirements
  • Take part in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development
  • Help maintain a clean, inclusive, and safety-conscious working environment
