Experienced Nail Technician Wanted – Hackney.

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team .

If you truly love nails, take pride in your work, and enjoy creating beautiful results for clients – we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of professional salon experience
  • Confident in BIAB, gel polish, Gel X extensions, and various nail art styles
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Russian manicure technique
  • Experienced in Smart pedicure technique
  • Acrylic skills are a bonus (optional)
  • VTCT or NVQ qualification (required)

Professional Skills & Standards:

  • High standards of sterilisation and cleanliness
  • Very tidy, organised and loves maintaining a clean workspace
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Hard-working, responsible and proactive
  • Works well within a team and adapts easily to the salon environment.

Client Care & Sales Skills:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is friendly, kind, welcoming and always smiling
  • Communicates confidently with different types of clients
  • Can explain treatments professionally and share knowledge about their work
  • Encourages clients to rebook .
  • Promotes and sells additional salon treatments
  • Talks confidently about all services offered in the salon
  • Is comfortable recommending and selling extra treatments
