Job Overview
We are seeking a caring and responsible Nanny to provide professional childcare. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, reliable, and able to create a safe, nurturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with children, assist with their daily routines, and contribute positively to their growth. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with previous childcare or nannying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children as needed
  • Assist with daily routines
  • Support children's activities to help development, and provide a stipulating safe environment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Take children to school or nursery extracurricular activities, or appointments when required
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment in the child's living space
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in childcare or nannying roles
  • Strong organisational skills and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to teach basic skills and support early childhood education programmes
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive nature
  • Flexibility to work various hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Work Location: In person
