Job Overview
We are recruiting for Class 2 drivers

The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods from a well known Kitchen & Bathroom Retail Supplier to customers homes along with a drivers mate, so good customer service skills are essential.

Start time - 0500am

Shift pattern - Tuesday to Saturday

Driving assessment will be required - Will be paid if you pass

Duties

  • class 2 licence
  • Around 6-12 drops per day
  • Heavy Lifting will be involved of Flatpack Furniture & White Goods
  • Use of handheld scanners
  • working part of a 2 man crew
  • Transport goods to designated locations across the UK.
  • Conduct Vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate logs, Photos and documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments

Qualifications

  • Valid class 2 licence
  • Must be 21 years or over
  • Valid Digital Tacho Card
  • Valid CPC Card
  • No more than 6 points - No BA, CD40-90, DD, IN10, or DR/DG please
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
