An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Medical Education Team at St. Mary's Hospital.

The Postgraduate Medical Education Centre manages the training and education needs of all the medical staff training at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte’s, Charing Cross, Western Eye and St Mary’s Hospitals).

The successful candidate will work closely with the Postgraduate Education Manager and Education Co-ordinator to support the provision of Medical Education across the Trust.

The postholder’s duties include data entry, minute and note taking, organising meetings, managing the room booking system and general office administrative duties. They will also be responsible for specific projects as directed by the Postgraduate Education Manager.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, and have excellent communication skills.

The post-holders will be based in the medical education centre at a designated site.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the medical education team.

They will manage and prioritise their workload, liaising closely with other administration staff and management in the medical education team.

This role will involve data entry, minute and note taking, meeting organisation and general office administrative duties.
