Full job description

Job Summary
The successful candidate will work within a small team in temperature controlled environment, you will efficiently pick orders, stack pallets and load the vehicles, unload goods in and distribute the product onto our vehicles or into the fridges. You will be required to work closely within your team and offer support to one another to achieve a smooth running of the shift. Therefore we require a reliable, highly motivated and organised.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate assembly of customer orders.

Loading goods onto pallets in a safe and manageable manner.

Loading pallets onto our vehicles.

Unloading incoming deliveries, checking goods and temperatures, recording and labelling goods into cold store and warehouse.

Accurate stock control and rotating products accordingly.

General upkeep of work space, cold store and warehouse.

General admin tasks and ad-hoc duties.

Due to the size of the night team the post holder would be required to provide cover for other staff members during annual leave.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

Excellent communication skills, fluent English both written and verbal.

Previous warehouse experience.

Fork lift truck licence.

Able to prioritise work, cope with deadlines and use imitative in a variety of situations.

Good time keeping and attendance.

The role is Monday to Thursday start time 17:30 end time variable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.60 per hour
