Location: The Prestige Care Group Bedale Riverdale Manor.

Salary: £13.35 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

The Role:

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Act as a role model and mentor for care staff
  • Support and guide colleagues to develop their skills
  • Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Complete care plans, assessments, and maintain accurate records
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing for residents
  • Assist with meals, activities, and social outings
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced in care with leadership qualities
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Must be flexible to work both Day and Nights Shifts.
  • Work well and “get stuck in” with the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate determination and resilience
  • A positive “can do” attitude
  • Flexible to cover shifts when required – Our homes operate 7 days per week, 365 days per year
  • Can build good, credible relationships with staff, residents and their families
