Warehouse Operative (SUNDAY - THURSDAY) NIGHTS 22:00 - 06:00
Job Type: Permanent/Full Time. Salary: TBC – (Depending on Experience)
You MUST be able to provide 5 years references from previous employment/education, also written explanation for any gaps in employment which are over 28 days. Clean DBS check.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a very busy and fast paced environment. You will need to be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.
The Individual
- Must have 2 years warehousing airfreight experience
- Must ensure correct security procedures are adhered to.
- Must have a “Can Do Attitude”, and be presentable and polite.
- Must be good at listening and assimilating information and be flexible and open minded.
- Must be able to work beyond normal hours and do overtime when and if required.
- Must be competent in driving FLT, manual handling, loading & unloading vehicles.
Desirable Skills:
- Cargo Operative Aviation Security or above (We will provide training if required)
- ADR Trained
- Good IT skills
- Dangerous Goods experience
- First aid at work
- X-ray ETD Screening
Duties would include, but not limited to:
- Loading and Unloading vehicles
- Manual Handling
- Organise airline transfer freight.
- Identify & label freight.
- liaising with operations team
- working to deadlines.
- Collating documents.
- Reporting to management.
- Checking Cargo Manifests
- Working to tight deadlines
- Administer Security Protocols as directed by the Security Manager
- Ensure that Health & Safety Protocols are adhered to

- SUNDAY - THURSDAY (22:00 – 06:00)
