- Install medical devices including cameras and controller units in patients’ homes
- Connect devices to existing WIFI networks and perform initial setup procedures
- Test and troubleshoot devices to ensure they are fully operational.
- Provide basic training and instructions to users
- Maintain accurate installation records and report any issues to the tech team
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during installation and setup
About you:
- You are patient, a great communicator and flexible
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to suit patients’ needs
- Be able to work independently
- Good time management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Must have a valid drivers licence and your own car with full insurance
- Technically savvy and comfortable working with electronic devices and WIFI setup
- A good understanding of data protection and patient confidentiality
- Be adaptable and work well under pressure
- You will be happy to have a DBS check
- No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
What we offer:
- Pay will be on a per task basis to cover travel/mileage and installations
- Flexible working hours
- Full training and support in cutting edge technology.
Application process:
Candidates should submit a CV outline their qualifications and any relevant experience. Please also include a cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for this role and your availability.
