We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team! In this role, you will create stunning floral arrangements, provide advice to customers, and ensure that every bouquet and center piece exceeds expectations. Full driving licence is essential as you will be required to make daily deliveries. Your enthusiasm for flowers, combined with your excellent communication skills and organizational abilities, will help create memorable experiences for our clients. Whether designing for special events or everyday occasions, you will bring beauty and joy through your artistry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your talent can flourish.

Candidate would be required to be flexible with additional hours to cover staff holidays, also busy periods e.g Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day which may include working a Sunday.

Responsibilities

Design and assemble a wide variety of floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and event requirements
Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements, offering expert recommendations and styling tips
Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by proper handling, storage, and rotation
Manage floral displays for maximum visual impact
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and smooth shop operations
Keep the workspace clean, organized.
Promote our merchandise by showcasing seasonal flowers, plants, and related accessories effectively.

Experience

Previous experience working as a florist or in floral design is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently under tight deadlines
Passion for merchandising and creating visually appealing displays that attract customers
