Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality childcare and education at our 30 place nursery in Stretford. This role is focused entirely on practice, compliance, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain outstanding early years provision in line with the EYFS
  • Ensure full compliance with OFSTED, safeguarding, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare for and manage OFSTED inspections
  • Support, mentor, and develop staff to promote best practice
  • Build positive relationships with parents and professionals

Requirements:

  • Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum) with a minimum of 5 years of experience at Level 3 or above
  • Management or leadership experience in a day nursery
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS, OFSTED and safeguarding requirements
  • Confident, supportive leadership style
