This is an excellent opportunity for qualified early years professionals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact on children's development.

About the Role

As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, supporting the nursery team to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. • Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

  • Ensuring children's safety, wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.

  • Assisting with daily routines, including meal times, personal care and outdoor play.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

  • Adhering to nursery policies and procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • A genuine passion for working with children.

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility and reliability.

  • Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare responsibilities.

  • Ability to drive and have own transport.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

  • Paediatric First Aid certification.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working arrangements to suit your availability.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour.

  • Travel costs from your home address to the setting.

  • Opportunities to gain experience across different age groups.

  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • A supportive and welcoming team environment.
