The Role:
We are looking for both full time/part time passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our team, The role will be working in the following rooms:
Under 2s: 6weeks-24months
Inventors -24months-3 years
We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities-
Full time roles - 40 hours over 4 days.
Part time roles- 30 hours over 3 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for children, bringing awe and wonder to each day.
- Support children’s holistic development
- Observe, record, and assess children’s progress, planning suitable, appropriate challenge for progression.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, happy and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Experience working with children
- A passion for early years education and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to support in other age groups when required
