Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Maintain and update organisational records using Microsoft Office applictions
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in systems
  • Assist with employee holiday entitlement record keeping
  • Maintain an organised filing system both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
  • Demonstrated data entry experience with attention to detail
  • Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
