Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaner to join our team.

6 hours per week - Thursdays.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various office buildings . This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, providing a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and clients.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a clean appearance.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised supply area and ensure all cleaning materials are stored safely.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
